My Fitness Walk primarily focuses on the health and fitness needs of individuals 50 and older and/or people recovering from an injury or illness that has hampered their physical abilities. Our exercise programs focus on cardio, improved strength thru mild resistance training, and improved mobility.
My Fitness Walk will include regular walks and exercise sessions led by experienced instructors, as well as provide education on healthy nutrition and weight management. The program is open to all fitness levels and abilities and is a great way to stay active, healthy, and connected with others.
In addition to the physical benefits of regular exercise, our program helps reduce stress and is also a great opportunity for socialization and bonding with others who share similar interests. The program will also feature a rewards system for regular attendance and progress tracking, to help keep participants motivated and engaged.
